Background and Experience: The IPS Macrelli " Institute was founded in 2012 from the merger between the two originals Institutes with the objective to enhance the traditions and bet professional vocation of the former Institutes
Our school is therefore a technical and professional pole that for size, history and ability to enter into the territory, is characterized as a reference point for many sectors (government and corporate control, marketing and sales, social services, graphic design and provision of tourist services).
Our student reality shows that the majority of our young lives discomfort of adolescent condition and, somewhat more problematic case, it expresses displaying a lack of interest in school.
For these reasons we teachers are always engaged in finding new forms of pleasant and efficient teaching, such as Practise Firm for example. But not only!
In our region (Emilia Romagna), despite the short-term economic difficulties in this particular historical moment, the service sector still offers interesting employment opportunities, especially to those who are prepared adequately to the rapid changes of our times and available to continuing education.
The strategy for the educational success of all our students, future citizens, is distinguished by the close link with the economic, social and cultural realities of the territory, with the aim of fostering the integration of our students, after finishing the course of studies.
Our educational activities aim to raise awareness and engage students in ethical - social activities, to rediscover and take the Cesena area under the aspect of the historical, artistic and cultural, in collaboration with institutions and local government units (as Malatesta Library, the cultural center of San Biagio, the Bonci theater and the university ) .
Our five years courses are follows :
two years of school Obligation
two years of compulsory education
last year for state examination ( maturity examination ) and then enter in university
Our courses are :
social services (acquire skills to organize and implement interventions oriented to the social and health needs of people and communities, for the promotion of health and bio - psycho -social welfare)
business services (obtaining skills to help companies, both in the management of administrative processes and commercial and in the promotion of sales, in regional, national and international contexts)
graphics (gain skills to promote corporate image, especially in the area of communications services, sales promotion and in the design and technology; skills useful for visual and advertising communication) .
Our students can enter in the work world even at the end of three years. They must acquire the qualification of 3 EQF in secretarial administrative operator, store operator, promotion and tourist reception operator and graphical operator
Our training offer also extends to an evening class, which can capture the state Diploma of Technician of commercial services. The course, attended exclusively by students who are 16 years, allows the full realization of lifelong learning aimed at adults .
Our school walks on two routes (Culture in the sense of the person and the company's culture ) that meet, that intertwine and ultimately, lead to a single goal: the student who he became a citizen and a thinking and competent person.
